Dior Skin Perfect Foundation Stick
I’ve Always Loved Dior…
I remember using their Catwalk Foundation Spray as a teenage and LOVING it.
So while I’m in my foundation stick era, it was only right I gave this a go.
Quite a bit more expensive then the other ones I’ve tried (classic Dior), is it worth the extra investment?

The Multi-use Foundation Stick
Dior launched their very own foundation stick, and say it can be used as a foundation, a concealer or just a touch up stick on the go.
For the price, you would want it to do all 3 and more!
At £48 ($52) a stick, is it worth the extra investment?
Let’s find out…
Shade: 3N
Before Dior Foundation…↓
This is my skin before I applied the foundation so you can see a before and after.
I’ve just cleansed and toned with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar range.
And then moisturised with the 111SKIN Y Theorem Day Cream.

I normally use the Estee Lauder Glow Primer before I apply foundation…
However I was keen to see how this foundation looked with no help behind it!
I sweep the stick over my forehead, cheeks, chin and nose…
Applying the Dior Foundation Stick ↓
Blended In…↓
When I first applied it to my skin, I thought it was going to be quite a thick coverage.
But as soon as I started blending, it evened out into a nice light coverage.
It’s similar coverage to a tinted moisturiser.
But with a really nice sheen to it.
It also smells AMAZING.
Finished Look… ↓
Glowing & Fresh
I applied some Rodial Banana Lowlighter under my eyes, and some Laura Mercier Translucent Powder, to see the finished look of the foundation.
All in all….
I had a really nice glow.
It definitely has a blurring effect across my freckles
Would I say it’s worth £48?
Probably not.
You can get the same finish with the Huda Glowish Tinted Moisturiser which you can get for £34.
(Click here to shop – I got shade Medium Tan)
If you’re looking for a tinted moisturiser in the form of a stick, then yes this would tick all of those boxes.
I don’t think it’s a bad product, but for that price I expected more!
However it is compact, can definitely be used as a touch up product, and lasts on your skin for a decent amount of time.
If now is the time to treat yourself, then go for it!
