Chanel Les Beiges
A radiant and natural looking foundation.
Promising a long wear formula up to 12 hours.
It also has Kalanchoe extract, which forms a barrier on the skin’s surface to protect against pollution.
Only Chanel eh?

After One Layer
I was happy with the coverage and finish after one coat.
It’s definitely got that serum element to it.
It feels nice and healthy on your skin.
With a nice finish.
Let’s see what a second layer looks like…
The Finished Look
I filled in my brows and added some Rodial Banana Lowlighter under my eyes for some extra brightness.

And I was pretty happy with the finished look!
Creamy, dewy, and actually quite a decent coverage across my skin.
How Does Giorgio Armani Compare?
The Luminous Silk foundation is an old school celebrity favourite.
It gives a glow without looking too much.
It covers but doesn’t look cakey.
It’s the luxury of luxury make up.
Is It Better Than Chanel?
After One Layer
It really is a thin veil across your skin.
With one layer it’s really not going to cover much.
“It does give a beautiful glow”
Natural, healthy, and dare I say it, demure.
Let’s See The Finished Look
It’s definitely buildable.
For the finished look I added –
- Rodial Lowlighter under my eyes
- Dior Blush in Rosy Glow
- Giorgio Armani Bronzer under my cheekbones and forehead (currently 30% off here!)
It gives a stunning finish!
Without looking like you’re wearing too much make up.
Armani Takes The Win
It was a close call.
Both give a beautiful, dewy finish.
But for me, Giorgio Armani looks a bit more… demure?
More of a clean girl, glass skin look.
